South Bosque Veterinary Clinic has been located at our current
location for ten years.  Our exceptional growth in clients and
patients led to our first remodel (completed in 2007) and has
resulted in a whole new look for our clinic.  The pictures below
will give you a glimpse of our facility.  Please call anytime for a
guided tour at your convenience.

When arriving at South Bosque for an
appointment, you will be greeted by one of our
receptionists and checked in for your
appointment. If it is your first visit, please try to
arrive early to fill out necessary paperwork.
After checking in, our receptionist will ask you
to have a seat in one of our two waiting rooms.
A veterinary assistant will come greet you
when it is time for your appointment.

After an assistant greets you, you will be directed to
our scale to get your pet's current weight.  After the
weigh in,  you will be led to one of our five exam
rooms in preparation for your appointment. Our
assistant will get a detailed history of your pet's
current condition, take your pet's temperature and
prepare the room for one of our four veterinarians.

After your pet is examined by one of our four
veterinarians, the appropriate vaccines, medications,
blood work or other tests necessary will be prepared or
assessed in our in-house laboratory and pharmacy.  If the
doctor recommends radiographs or ultrasound, these tests
will be administered in our hospital treatment area.

If your pet's condition is found to be more serious, they may
require surgery or admission to our hospital.  South Bosque's
surgical suite is equipped with advanced anesthetic and surgical
equipment to ensure the best care and safety for your pet.
Our hospitalization area is centrally located in our clinic to
ensure that your pet is always under close observation.  Our
hospital cages come in a variety of sizes.  Each cage has
orthopedic animal bedding to provide ultimate comfort for
your pet during their recovery.  South Bosque also has an
isolation hospital room for contagious patients.
Whether your pet is in for a routine checkup or an
extended stay in our hospital, your visit to South Bosque
will be finalized by checking out with our receptionist.
At this time, you will receive any medications that your
pet has been prescribed and take care of any financial
commitments.  Our goal is for your pet and your family to
have the best care possible.  If you have any suggestions
as to how we may improve our care, please share this
with one of our receptionists during your checkout.
